Please note, there is no food allowed in the building. Please remove shoes downstairs, and use our sanitized slippers in the cubby holes. You MUST wear socks at minimum, no bare feet.

Bring a bottle (32oz max) to hydrate throughout session. Our Zero Our Gravity Chairs have a max 350lb weight limit.

For those with ADA requirements, we have a max 300lb weight limit on our ADA Stairlift. Please bring someone who can assist you.
